A Mid-Winter's Night Dream

Falling.  A blur of light and dark around me.
I can not focus, my mind is blurry.
Gaining control, I stretch my arms wide.
I begin to see the differing light.
Above a starry sky, beneath a blue sea.

A burning ball passing by,
I pierce through the high sky.
After the burning ceases,
I free my winged pieces.
I flap them towards high.

Yearning to return to Father,
But why should I even bother?
The wings, they crack and fall.
I fight for a chance at it all.
But I head faster to water.

My wings have been ignited,
My wrongs have been righted.
I glance once more to Father above,
Hoping that his love,
Will make me enlightened.

Crashing into a world unknown,
I perceive what he has grown,
for the first time in all of this.
I wonder why they made it to shit?
They should have just let it grown.

Now I wander, lost and alone.
I wait for the day they will show,
a sign of the love he gave.
Something we never understand until the grave.
So why keep trying to make it alone?

Hysteria (a screenplay I'm writing)

Hello internetz!
Decided to turn an idea for a video game I had into a screenplay.  Could still become a game though, who knows.  Posting a copy here for you to enjoy! (I apologize for the length, but comments welcome!)

Hysteria

Opening sequence begins with a quick montage of Agent 12's traning and 2 early missions. On the final kill shot: 
FADE OUT BLACK, "ROCKET MAN" BEGINS PLAYING, FADE IN TO 
EXT. INT - BROKE DOWN MOTEL ROOM, PRACTICALLY DARK EXCEPT FOR THE GLOW OF A COMPUTER SCREEN —  
CLOSE UP OF AGENT 12, THE CAMERA BEGINS TO SLOWLY ZOOM OUT. A LAPTOP SITS ON THE DESK IN FRONT OF HIM. THE MUSIC IS PLAYING FROM IT. THE CAMERA STOPS MOVING, THE MUSIC PAUSES, A NOTIFICATION SOUND IS HEARD. THE CAMERA QUICKLY CUTS TO AGENT 12'S MOUTH. 
AGENT 12
Computer? 
SHOT THEN TRANSITIONS TO THE COMPUTER SCREEN, IT IS AN OPEN DESKTOP, ITUNES MINIMIZED, A NOTIFICATION POPS UP, THE COMPUTER READS IT: 
COMPUTER
One unread message from F.M.A. headquarters. 
THE SHOT RETURNS TO AGENT 12 FROM THE SHOULDERS UP. HIS EYES ARE SHADOWED BY THE DARKENED ROOM AND HIS POSITION. 
AGENT 12
Read message. 
RETURNS TO THE SCREEN, A MAIL CLIENT WINDOW OPENS, THEN OPENS A MESSAGE. IT IS READ: 
COMPUTER
"Agent 12, the Vatican Agency has requested your assistance with a purification ritual. Do you accept?" Accept? More details? Delete Message? 
AGENT FROM THE SHOULDER UP, HE ATTACHES A CABLE FROM HIS LAPTOP TO HIS WRIST COMPUTER. 
AGENT 12
More details. 
COMPUTER SCREEN: AN ERROR POPS UP, IT IS READ: 
COMPUTER
"We have no further details to provide. Once accepted, report to Vatican Agency for further instructions." Accept? Delete message? 
THE SHOT REMAINS HERE FOR A FEW MOMENTS. THEN PANS TO A SHOT OF THE AGENT'S MOUTH AGAIN, HE GRITS HIS TEETH. 
AGENT 12
Copy message to portable. 
COMPUTER
Message copied. Accept? Delete Message? 
THE CAMERA PANS TO AGENT 12'S EYES, SEEN FOR THE FIRST TIME, THEY BECOME DETERMINED. 
AGENT 12
Accept. 
INSTANT BLACK OUT, FADE IN TO 
EXT. EXT. - VATICAN CITY, A GOOD DISTANCE FROM THE WALL, BUT THE VATICAN IN VIEW. DAYTIME. —  
PANNING SHOT OF THE VATICAN. "VATICAN AGENCY" FADES IN/OUT ON SCREEN. THE SHOT STOPS PANNING ON AGENT 12, HE IS PERCHED ON A STEEPLE WITHIN VIEW OF THE VATICAN WALL. HE SCANS THE PERIMETER WITH A SNIPER RIFLE. HE COLLAPSES THE GUN QUICKLY AND PUTS IT INTO HIS BACK PACK. HE SLIDES DOWN A GUTTER AND BEGINS A LONG ACTION SEQUENCE HEADING TO AND BREAKING INTO THE VATICAN. PARKOUR SEQUENCE, CLIMBS, JUMPS INTO THE TOP FLOORS OF THE VATICAN STEALTHILY. 
He scans the perimeter with a sniper rifle. He collapses the gun quickly and places it into his backpack. He slides down a gutter and begins a long parkour action sequence. He heads towards the Vatican, jumping from roof tops to ledges, finally scaling the wall stealthily and jumping up onto the upper ledges of the building. 
EXT. INT. - VATICAN TOP LEVEL, HALLWAY. —  
LONG SHOT OF A HALLWAY, WINDOW AT THE END, THE SHOT QUICKLY FOCUSES IN ON THE WINDOW 
Agent 12 flips through the window, he quickly rolls into cover. He looks down at his portable on his wrist and whispers: 
AGENT 12
Locate Pope Benedict. 
THE SHOT CHANGES TO THE PORTABLE'S SCREEN, IT SHOWS AN OPEN DESKTOP. A MAP APP OPENS, BEGINS ZOOMING FROM GLOBAL VIEW INTO VATICAN CITY, INTO VATICAN, THEN LOCATES THE POPE AND POINTS HIM OUT ON A BLUEPRINT FLOOR PLAN. THE AGENT HEADS TO THE ROOM WHERE THE POPE IS. CONTINUOUS SHOT OF HIM INFILTRATING THE VATICAN AND REACHING THE DOOR TO THE ROOM. HE MOVES AROUND THE CORNER TO AN AIR VENT AND CLIMBS IN. SHOT OF HIM QUICKLY, BUT QUIETLY MOVING THROUGH THE VENT. HE DROPS DOWN INTO THE ROOM. THREE MEN ARE THERE, THE POPE AND TWO MEN IN WHAT ALMOST LOOK LIKE CARDINAL ROBES, BUT WITH AN ASSASSIN MODIFICATION. MEN IN THE ROOM GASP 
Agent 12 locates the nearest vent that connects to the Pope's room.  He stealthily moves to the vent down the hall and enters it.  He quickly, but quietly travels through the vents. Once above the room, he looks in; seeing that there are three men: the Pope and two guards.  He drops down, the men gasp. 
CAMERA PAN DOWN FROM VENT TO ROOM 
EXT. INT - POPE'S PRAYER ROOM —  
THE FULL ROOM IS SEEN, THE CAMERA PANS TOWARDS THE GUARD TO THE LEFT OF THE POPE. 
POPE'S GUARD
Who are you? 
The guard raises his weapon. 
THE CAMERA PANS TOWARDS THE POPE. 
POPE BENEDICT
Lower your weapon Judas. 
THE CAMERA RETURNS TO A NEUTRAL SHOT OF THE ROOM, ALL CHARACTERS VISIBLE. 
Judas lowers his weapon.  Pope Benedict extends his hand towards Agent 12. 
POPE BENEDICT (CONT'D)
This is the Agent I requested to assist us. 
THE CAMERA PANS TOWARDS AGENT 12 
Agent 12 bows. 
AGENT 12
At your service, sorry to drop in like that, I enjoy not being seen. 
JUDAS
It's quite impressive getting into this room undetected, I almost killed you though.  Let me properly introduce myself, I am Judas. 
Judas bows. 
POPE BENEDICT
Judas is our Agencies top missionary. He is quite skilled with his blade, and has many blessing from the Lord upon him. 
The Pope walks over to the other guard and places a hand on his shoulder. 
POPE BENEDICT (CONT'D)
This is his disciple, Matthew. 
Matthew bows silently. 
JUDAS
He is on a vow of silence at the moment, punishment for speaking against orders. 
AGENT 12
Well that was lovely and all, but can we get to business.  My agency didn't give me much intel, so can you please fill me in? 
Judas and Matthew place their hands in front of them and slightly bow their heads, as if in prayer.  The Pope clears his throat. 
POPE BENEDICT
Very well.  A Muslim leader has been gaining a congregation in Amsterdam, near one of our most prominent member areas there.  He needs to be eliminated. 
Agent 12 looks at him blankly. 
AGENT 12
Since when did your agency start doing personal religious hits? 
POPE BENEDICT
Oh we have since our inception into this world. 
AGENT 12
Yes I know, but never of such a direct religious kill. 
POPE BENEDICT
This man is severely hurting our numbers and credibility.  He is of our highest concern.  That is why I have the three greatest killers to take care of it...discretely. 
The Pope gives an evil, creepy grin towards Agent 12. 
AGENT 12
What is in it for me? 
POPE BENEDICT
3 million. 
The Pope sits at his desk and crosses his hands, staring Agent 12 down. 
POPE BENEDICT (CONT'D)
What do you say Agent? Can you assist my men here? 
AGENT 12
Yes I will. 
THE CAMERA ZOOMS ONTO POPE BENEDICT'S MOUTH, HE GIVES AN EVIL SMILE. 
POPE BENEDICT
Good.  Head to our air bay, you can prepare to depart there, you leave in two hours. 
BLACKOUT, FADE IN 
EXT. INT - VATICAN AGENCY AIR BAY —  
WE SEE SEVERAL PLANES, BOTH TRANSPORT AND COMBAT IN THE BAY, WE ALSO SEE A DOOR IN THE BACKGROUND LABELED HANGAR 24. THE CAMERA PANS DOWN. 
The two Vatican Agents and Agent 12 load supplies onto a cargo plane.  An inner monologue is heard: 
AGENT 12
I knew it was a setup.  I'm not an idiot.  The two "Agents" were simply coming along to assure I was either pinned for this hit, or found dead near the scene of the crime.  The problem with double crossing is it leads to a double cross against you.  The question now was, how to handle this.  18 years I have been at this.  Gun for hire, but only for the highest profiles, the nuts and bolts of "modern society."  Ha, if only the simpletons knew how they were puppets for the elite.  And not one of them has their interests at heart.  It sickens me, but I've been trained to ignore these feelings.  After the shit I've seen, training becomes more like bullshit every day. 
CAMERA MOVES TO A WIDE SHOT BEHIND THE PLANE. 
They all enter the cargo bay, the plane door closes behind them. The plane begins moving, the door in the back ground begins to open. 
CAMERA FOLLOWS THE PLANE, THEN SPEEDS OVER TOP OF IT TOWARDS THE HANGAR DOOR, WHEN IT IS ABOUT TO EXIT THE HANGAR: 
BLINDING FLARE IN/FLARE OUT TO 
EXT. EXT - VATICAN AIRFIELD, DAYTIME —  
WIDE SHOT OF THE OUTSIDE OF THE HANGAR. 
The cargo plane exits the hangar. 
CAMERA FOLLOWS IN FRONT OF THE PLANE FOR A MOMENT, THEN ROTATES AROUND TO THE SIDE. 
The plane travels onto the runway. 
THE CAMERA PANS TO SLIGHTLY RIGHT OF BEHIND THE PLANE. 
The plane lines up and takes off. 
CAMERA FOLLOWS PLANE UNTIL CLIMBING INTO THE AIR. 
INSTANT CHANGE TO 
EXT. INT - PLANE'S CARGO BAY —  
WIDE SHOT OF INSIDE THE PLANE, BOXES OF SUPPLIES ARE STRAPPED DOWN, THE THREE MEN SIT ON TOP OF VARIOUS ONES. 
The two Vatican Agents stare anxiously at Agent 12, he seemingly is sleeping.  He continues his monologue. 
AGENT 12
I'm tired of doing what I do and only seeing it hurt the innocent and naive of this world.  They deserve better, these cocksuckers have had their fun, time for me to rain on their parade. 
Agent 12 grins, he slowly rises and walks over to his bag. He pulls out a water bottle and places the backpack on his back. 
AGENT 12 (CONT'D)
So did they train you all for water-foul scenarios? 
JUDAS
What scenarios? 
He looks at Agent 12 with a puzzled look. 
AGENT 12
They are scenarios where your attacker uses water as his weapon, so have you been trained to defend against these attacks? 
JUDAS
Um...no I've never even heard of, or could imagine how, you could be attacked by water. 
AGENT 12
It's simple... 
In one swift move, Agent 12 leaps over towards the men and quickly jabs both of them in the temple with the bottle, striking them down dead. 
AGENT 12 (CONT'D)
Just gotta know where to hit 'em. 
The agent makes his way towards the back of the cargo bay. 
CAMERA FOLLOWS THE AGENT, HE ENTERS A DOOR, CAMERA CHANGES TO THE HALL BETWEEN THE BAY AND PILOT'S DECK. 
EXT. INT - PLANE HALL —  
The agent makes his way through the hall, he pulls out a switch blade from his backpack. 
CAMERA FOLLOWS HIM DOWN THE HALL, HE REACHES THE DOOR TO THE PILOT'S DECK, HE SLOWLY OPENS IT AND ENTERS. CAMERA CHANGES TO INSIDE THE PILOT'S DECK, TWO MEN SIT AT THE CONTROLS. 
EXT. INT - PILOT'S DECK —  
The agent taps the pilot on the shoulder, he turns around, gasps and is slit across the throat.  As he slunches back into his seat, the other man goes to hit the Agent, he quickly blocks his blow.  He laughs at his simple attempt, then stabs him in the neck quickly.  He moves to put the plane on auto pilot, and moves the men to the back of the deck.  He then sit at the pilot's controls. 
CAMERA PANS TO A SIDE VIEW OF THE AGENT AT THE CONTROLS. 
AGENT 12
Now to take control of this situation.  I'm gonna give the believers of the One Government a little hell.  Time to unscrew the foundations of this world. 
BLACKOUT, FADE IN TO 
EXT. EXT - VATICAN CITY, WITHIN VIEW OF THE VATICAN —  
CAMERA PANS ONTO AGENT 12.  HE IS NOW LOOKING INTO THE SCOPE OF A ROCKET LAUNCHER.  THE SHOT CHANGES TO HIS VIEW THROUGH THE SCOPE. 
He scans a room of the Vatican where there appears to be the Pope meeting with many members of his clergy, all of his closest advisors and the highest ranking men of the Vatican Agency.  An inner monologue is heard: 
AGENT 12
This should be a nice little spark to light the powder keg. 
CAMERA CHANGES TO A SHOT OF THE AGENTS MOUTH, HE SMILES, "HYSTERIA" BEGINS PLAYING.  THE SHOT CHANGES TO HIS HAND, HE PULLS THE TRIGGER.  CAMERA THEN FOLLOWS THE ROCKET'S PATH.  THIS IS A DECENTLY LONG SHOT, ALLOWING "HYSTERIA" TO BUILD UP. AS THE SONG REACHES CLIMAX, THE ROCKET REACHES THE WINDOW, SHATTERING IT, DETONATING AND KILLING THE POPE AND HIS MEN. 
BLACKOUT 
"HYSTERIA" FADES ONTO THE SCREEN, OPENING CREDITS BEGIN AS THE SONG "HYSTERIA" CONTINUES UNTIL END OF CREDITS.
